Case Study 2021
Spokane Mobile Detail is a Spokane local car detailing company with a twist, they come to you.
A unique business model, they provide the same services as other detail shops, but they drive to the customers home or work for their services. Serving the Greater Spokane area since 2016, Spokane Mobile Detail is committed to treating your vehicle like it is a collector's item ( we wrote that 😎 ).
Spokane Mobile Detail has been around Spokane for about 5 years & had a decent presence in the community. After a few years, they were beginning to feel a bit stagnant & felt a plateau. They knew how to detail cars, but were unsure how to scale their business. They were a completely mobile business with low overhead & room to grow.
They were open to recommendations anywhere in their business segments & had expressed specific interest in scaling their social media presence & marketing.
Research & identify opportunities across channels & platforms to lift the brand by gaining new, & engaging existing customers.
Grow & develop the business further & expand into new territories.
Gain market share as the top-tier, elite & high end service they reflect in their mission statement & core values.
Separate the brand from competition.
Competitive Research Criteria ( blurred for confidentiality )
We began consulting with our research & discovery phase – Spokane Mobile Detail had some idea of their business strategy & knew they wanted a new logo & website. Working closest to the dollar, LBRB prioritized consulting on a business strategy audit, & recommended a revamped business development strategy around their areas of opportunity. LBRB researched & developed data through SWOT analysis & competitive research consulting within the car detailing vertical, locally & internationally.
Building a go-to market strategy – With this scope of work, we were lifting the enitre organization to reflect updated values & a refined mission within the business utilizing new technology, data & direction. Using the information from our discovery phase, LBRB built a custom strategy in three categories over 6 months. The categories were further broken down into ROI & time development gated stages. This would allow our client to have options and input about what they believe to be the most value add to their brand.
