Lighthouse Global had recently undergone a rebranding exercise & established new colors, logo & typography. With this initial stage complete, they were overspending & delayed by two months. C-suite needed help to prioritize & proceed with deploying a company-wide refresh including –

Designing a new website (including migrating the old website to a new platform), establishing a PMO within the Marketing department, tracking, organizing & refreshing 1,400+ unique pieces of print & digital collateral, & more.

Drive, build, improve & deploy processes including building out scratch processes & company communication lines by evaluating programs & products already in place.

Oversee a company-wide brand refresh including logo redesign, website platform migration & new build, print & digital collateral refresh, alongside ongoing projects, RFP’s, sales decks, presentations & events.

Scale the Marketing department to operate with higher organization & efficiency.

Working closely with C-suite & a list of opportunities, we began with what we knew.

We took inventory & audited the Marketing department. We organized & filed all projects into a PMO system. We categorized & triaged ongoing & midstream projects, working closest to the dollar for the company. In tandem, we created scratch Project Management processes & communication lines between departments.

One Action = One project or task

We established a PMO process for inter-department requests, including working with International Sales teams to prioritize & produce C-level presentations, pitch decks for Fortune 50 clients, event collateral, & RFP’s.

We worked with Vendors & Contractors to build intake & management processes, led stand ups, status & stakeholder meetings, C-suite recommendations & approvals.

We also led & restructured the overall budget including working with teams to create custom built inputs & tools, forecasting & reporting dashboards for Marketing.

Our initial contract was set for 4 months. We added enough value to be awarded multiple contract extensions lasting 10+ months.

In the first quarter of 2021, we reorganized and restructured the Marketing department to follow a process. After deploying the new system including training for c-suite, international sales and department leads, the Marketing department saw massive increases in efficiencies and collaboration, saving the company five figures in the first quarter.

We took these savings and overhauled the budget management system, saving the company thousands more throughout the year.
